I know I said I was happy. But I can't do this anymore. I don't think I have ever been this broken in my entire life, and I know that I may be overlooking this but after I have seen what I've lost, I just can't bear with it. Being me has been so hard for the past week, and I know I said I was happy. But, I'm not. I'm so broken and I think my heart officially tore into tiny pieces today. And now, I sit here crying my eyes out over something I can never have back. I'll never be as happy for a very long time.  I'm so broken…...

I'm thinking of upgrading to a new blog platform. A better and more prettier one:). I will definitely make a post saying where it is when I do upgrade! Happy Thanksgiving! :)

This week has been the longest week that I have had in a long time. I never dreamed that I would've ever made the decisions I have made in the past week. But, I am happy with the decisions I have made, and I am happy that I can do what I please with my life. I'm glad that I don't know what I'm doing tomorrow, or this weekend, or over break. I don't know about anything else, but I know I am happy, and that is all that matters.
Have a great day!

School is a mess at the moment. My English teacher assigned my class a research paper. Not a huge one, only 3-4 page long. I can handle the writing part of the paper; the only thing that bothers me is doing the actual research at the beginning. Having to cite everything and read constantly and even put parenthetical citations within the paper itself. Honestly, it bothers me when I am forced to do things like that. I am more of a narrative writer, rather than reading others work and saying what they are saying, only in my own words. I have always had trouble with sitting down and doing things like this. If I could use my imagination, it wouldn't be much of a problem. Unfortunately, life doesn't work that way. Anyone else hate research papers?
Have a lovely day!

"Bookworm". Anyone a bookworm? I know I have been for the last couple of days. It seems that ever since school ended, I have had a book in my hand everyday! I just started a book today, and I am already 100 pages into it. With no school, I have a lot of free time on my hands, so why not read? Maybe I'll find something to do tomorrow. :)
Have a great day!

Sorry for not posting for a while! I have been super busy with homework, tests, and end of the year exams. Honestly, I hadn't even been on my computer until the day school finished for the summer. Now that summer is here, I will definitely try to post more, even with vacations and business. Over the past 3 months, I have only read about 3 books. I read 'Insurgent' and 'Allegiant' by Veronica Roth. I also just finished 'Paper Towns' by John Green, which I just posted a review :). I will definitely start posting more as the summer continues, and there will be more book reviews because of all of my spare time is spent on books. So look for more reviews!
Have a good night!

When I started this book, school was still in session, and I didn't have a lot of free time to complete it as fast as I wanted to. As usual, as school ends, exams and tests are frequent. Obviously, I couldn't have read a 305 page book, when I had 4 exams in the last couple weeks of school. Anyway, "Paper Towns" by John Green was FANTASTIC. Honestly, I didn't think it was going to be as good and heartfelt as it was. I don't think I would put it up as high as "The Fault in Our Stars", but it was fairly good.

In the beginning, two seniors in high school go out one night and vandalize people that Margo has something against. Q, the one who tried to get out of going, was scared to death that his college would find out and take back his acceptance. Although he didn't want to, he accompanied Margo and helped her vandalize her cheating boyfriends car, her fake best friends' room, and give flowers to her truthful friend. As the story goes on, Margo runs away and no one knows where she could've went. They find out that she left clues for them, just to see if they could find her within her time period. Q and his two best friends juggled exams at school, graduation, and free time, and still managed to look for Margo. Even when his friends didn't want to look anymore, Q still continued to look for the girl he loved. Needless to say, Q and his friends didn't make it to graduation. They were too busy heading to Algoe, New York in search of Margo. After 21 hours on the road from Orlando, they found her in an abandoned barn, where she had been living for days. Margo, although Q tried to get her to come back, denied the offer of going back home and living with Q. They promised to email each other back and forth throughout the summer, and to meet up again sometime before fall classes started.

Although I have given away a lot about the book, I refuse to give away the last few pages of the book because of the surprise it gave me. I want everyone to enjoy the surprise as much as I did. But overall, I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. It went into extraordinary detail about the surroundings. I would say it is one of the best books that I have read in a while. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good read, and anyone who can handle some bad language. Enjoy the book if you plane on reading it!

Suggestions are appreciated :)
Have a great day!

Today, I have had one of the most boring days in a long time. The word of the day for today has got to be 'Boredom'. I've never been so bored in my entire life. Now, excuse me for exaggerating my statement, but it really was boring. Today, I've watched politics in action. I can say one thing, don't be in politics. They are nothing but trouble and hard to keep up with. I'm actually quite tired of the government at the moment. I sat through a senate meeting, but waited an extra hour for them to arrive. Then, when they started, they passed 2 bills and introduced the gallery inspectors. Then they went on a recess. Politics, huh?

Divergent was so thrilling throughout the whole book. It had me hooked by the time I read the first few pages. It was quite confusing when the author named the factions, but after you read a little bit more, it became more clear. You'd think that this book would be an action book, but there is a bit of a love story in there. I think anyone would enjoy it!

Have a great day!

This book really touched my heart after I read it. At first, I didn't really understand some of it, but after finishing it, everything came together. I thought the storyline was very well thought out. The author did an amazing job creating the different scenes of World War II. It did talk about many aspects of the war, but they were focused in Germany. Especially with the air raids and the death marches. I think that anyone above the age of 13 could read this book, but it is quite different to understand. The author does use the German language in this book, but he does explain what the words mean on a side note.

Now for the summary of the book! :) **SPOILER ALERT**

At the beginning of "The Book Thief", you learn that there is a little girl by the name of Liesel. Her brother passed away right in front of her eyes, and her mother sent her off to a foster home. She didn't know how to read, so her foster father taught her how. She stole her first book on the night they buried her brother in the snow. Her foster father read this to her every night because she would have nightmares of her brothers death. She would wake up in the middle of the night screaming and crying.
As the story progressed, Liesel's foster parents took in a Jew, and they hid him in their basement. She and the Jew became very good friends, but after a while, he left. In the end, everything went wrong, and a lot of people died because of the war. Honestly, it made me cry in the last few pages.

Over all, it is a very heart-felt book. If you are looking for something that has a real meaning to it, I suggest this one. It definitely touched my heart towards the conclusion of the story. I can't wait to watch the movie now that I have completed the book!

Have a great day!

I finally decided to come back around to the blogging world. I left for a while because I had to get some school work done, and plus it was the holidays! I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday! I haven't been reading much, but I am almost finished with "The Book Thief", so a review should be up soon! I bought "Divergent" and "Paper Towns" over my HUGE break from my classes. We have had some really bad weather+ a state of emergency where I live, so we haven't had ANY school since Christmas. We were supposed to go back tomorrow, but it has ben canceled due to terrible weather. Honestly, I would love to go back because I really want this semester to end so that I can start with my new and improved classes. :) Have a great day everyone!
